Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers may be redeemed toward KJE Living Free camping and beach gear rentals only.
Gift Vouchers are not valid for campervan hire.
Vouchers hold a dollar value and are applied as credit at the time of booking.
Any booking costs exceeding the voucher value must be paid by the customer.
Vouchers are fully transferable but non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers may be used across multiple bookings until the balance is exhausted.
Voucher codes must be provided when requesting a quote or prior to confirming a booking.
Lost vouchers may be reissued with proof of purchase.
Gift Voucher requests are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding public holidays.
Vouchers are issued once full payment has been received.

After submitting your Gift Voucher request, we’ll email you an invoice within 1–2 business days.
Once payment is received, your KJE Living Free Adventure Voucher will be emailed as a printable PDF, ready to gift or forward to the recipient.
